At Gelcure, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with original tags attached, and packed in its original packaging.

We will ask you to provide photos of the item before you ship it back, so we can assess its condition. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label, detailed return instructions, and the return address. Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Important Note: If you choose to return an item that was part of a set, the original set pricing will no longer apply.
